“வீட்டின் மொட்டை மாடி டைல்ஸ்” பதிக்கும் முறை
01) CRT டைல்ஸ் ஐ நீரில் நினைக்கவோ, ஊர வைக்ககூடாது
02) டைல்ஸ்-பாக்ஸ்ஐ படுக்கையில் வைத்து ஒன்றன் மேல் ஒன்றாக வைக்ககூடாது
03) டைல்ஸ் பாக்ஸ் ஐ நேர் கூத்தாக வைக்க வேண்டும்
பதிக்கும் முறை :-
01- முதலில் மொட்டைமாடியை தளத்தை சுத்தம் செய்து கொள்ளவும்
கைப்படி ஓரம் 1:2:4 கான்கரீட் 30 டிகிரி சாய்வாக வாட்டம் கொண்டு போட்டுக்கொள்ளவும்
02- மழை நீர்குழாய் எத்திசையில் உள்ளது என பார்த்து அதற்கு தகுந்தாற்போல் வாட்டம் வைத்து கொள்ளவும்.
03- கலவை 1:6 or 1:7 சிமென்ட் கலவை கலந்துடன் 1.5 “ இன்ச் கனத்தில் சமசீர் தளம் அமைக்கவும்
04- தளத்தில் கலவை அதிகம் வாங்கினால் மேடு பள்ளத்திற்க்கு சிப்ஸ் ஐல்லி ( க்ரோணா ) கான்கீரிட் அளவு 1: 1.5 :3 கலவையில் SBR LATEX கலந்து கொண்டு கான்கரிட் போடவும்
05- அதன் மேல் 1.5”கலவை கனத்தை கொண்டும் கலவையின் மேல் சிமென்ட் பால்லை 1 -2 mm அளவிற்க்கு பால் திக்காக எடுத்து தளத்தின் மேல் பரப்பில் ஊற்றி 1-2 mm பதியும் படி டைல்ஸ்- ஐ பதிக்க வேண்டும்
06- டைல்ஸ் பதிக்கும் போது 4 – 5mm இடைவேளி விட்டு மாற்று எசை கொண்டு பதிக்க வேண்டும்
07- சிமெண்ட் பால்-திக்காக இருக்க வேண்டும் இல்லையேல் அதிக நீரினால் சிமெண்ட் கலர் டைல்ஸ் மேல் பிரதிபலிக்கும்
08- டைல்ஸ்ஸை பதிக்கும் போது தளத்தின் மேல் நடக்க கூடாது நடந்தால் நம் பாதத்தின் அழுத்தத்தால் மேடு பள்ளம் ஏற்படும் அதனால் டைலை தட்டும் பொழுது நீர் வெடிப்பு ( Hair line Crack ) ஏற்படும்.
10- சுவற்றின் ஒரத்தில் ஒட்டப்படும் டைல்ஸ் 30* வாட்டம் கொண்டு சாய்வாக பதிக்க வேண்டும்
11- மழை நீர் குழாய் உள்ள இடத்தில் ஓரு டைல்ஸ் மட்டும் 1/2 இன்ச் இறக்கி ஒட்டபடவேண்டும்
12- பதிக்கபடும் டைல்ஸின் கிழ் உற்றப்படும் சிமென்ட் பால் ஆனது “ திக்காக “ இறுக்க வேண்டும்
13- சிமென்ட் பால் உற்றி தட்டும்போது தளத்தின் மேல் பகுதி தளர்வாக இருத்தல் வேண்டும் அப்போது தான் டைல்ஸ் நன்றாக பதியும்.
14- சூத்தியல் கொண்டு தட்டக்கூடாது தட்டினால் நீர்வெடிப்பு ஏற்படும்.
15- டைல்ஸ்ஸின் மேல் மரக்கட்டையை வைத்து அதன் மேல் தட்ட வேண்டும்.
இரு டைல்ஸ் இடைவெளியை நிரப்ப :
16- பகுதி 01:-( White cement)சிமென்ட் 1 பான்ட் + கோலமாவு 2 பான்ட் இரண்டையும் கலந்து கொண்டும்
17- பகுதி 02:-கெமிக்கல் 1 லிட்டர் + 2 லிட்டர் நீரையும் கலந்துக்கொள்ளவும் இதை தனியாக வைத்துக்கொள்ளவும்
18- பகுதி 01 யில் இருந்து – முன்று கையளவு எடுத்துக்கொண்டு பகுதி 02 – கெமிக்கல் கலந்ததண்ணீரை சிறிது அளவு எடுத்து கலவையில் ஊற்றிக்கலக்கவும்
19- பகுதி 01 + 02 கலந்த கலவையை டம்ளரில் எடுத்து டைல்ஸ்ஸின் இடைவெளியில் உற்றி பட்டிதகட்டினால் சமன் செய்யவும்
இரு தினத்திற்க்கு பிறகு டைல்ஸ்ஸின் இடைவெளியின் சரியாக பதியாத பட்சத்தில் அதன் வழியாக நீர் உட்புகாமல் இருக்கவும் ,
குறிப்பு :-
நடக்கும் போது ஏற்படும் தேய்மானம் , சில நாட்கள் கழித்து நீர் தொட்டி உள்ள பகுதியில் நீர் சொட்டுமாயின் மற்றும் பாசி படர்ந்தால். கண்கூச்சம் ஆகியவற்றை சரி செய்ய டைல்ஸ்ஸின் மேல் தளத்தின் பாதுகாப்பிற்கு Doctor fixit Roof Seal or ரூப் கோட் அல்லது exterior Primer mix Any light colours அடித்துக்கொண்டால் உத்தமம
